Abstract
In this study, we demonstrate high-performance optical wavelength-selective organic thin-film transistors (TFTs) that incorporate heterogeneous organic semiconductor materials, poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) and 6,13-bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl) pentacene (TIPS-pentacene).
